Very beautiful detailing on the ring filigree. I asked for a blue marquise diamond and it was custom cut for me. Communication was great. The recommendation I’d have for a buyer is to have realistic expectations on your custom requests. Since my stone was custom cut, it was a much darker blue than the marquise I had referenced as inspiration in the shop as an existing listing. And that marquise was also the same carat size as color depth can also be affected by the diamond size.

PERFECT! There is no other way to describe the beautiful custom ring they created for me. They kept me informed the entire process, send CAD drawings of the design and a video of the final creation right before shipment which was VERY fast. I have several diamond rings and this one has far better quality diamonds and more sparkle than all the others (these are lab diamonds). Beautiful ring and the price is amazing! I received a video when it was done and got pictures when I requested them. Vijay always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time, especially with the time difference. The prongs are a little bit scratchy but I expected that with how tiny they are. I would definitely order from him again

Most importantly, my earrings are stunning and the customer service was wonderful! They delivered the design and revisions quickly, and the real earrings match perfectly. They also sent videos of the stones before setting and the earrings before shipping. The only slight negative is that I noticed the earring backs for a different pair I just bought from Ouros were mismatched. They sent a replacement pair, but the replacements don't fit. There were also rubber backs, but those are so tight that I almost couldn't get them off. I'm glad I tested the backs before trying to use them! Despite the minor mishap, I look forward to ordering from Ouros again in the future!
