This was my second ring from Vijay, and was more of a custom creation than the first. He was really great about answering all of my questions and handling the multiple revisions I requested to get just what I wanted. The ring is stunning, and has each of my kid's birthstone colors in a lab-created diamond oval, which sparkle beautifully! I'm delighted with the colors and the ring design we ultimately landed on to make.

I absolutely love my new wedding band! My husband said I can choose a bridal set upgrade for our first year wedding anniversary. I was initially hesitant to order online and internationally, but I read all the reviews and looked at customer photos and decided to order from this shop. I ordered this ring but asked to custom make it with marquise diamonds instead of pear shaped diamonds. Ouros communicated with me every step of the way from letting me showing the CAD drawing, and video of the final product. Each time I messaged them, they replied within a few hours. Customer service was top notch. The bracelet is gorgeous and for the price, there is no way I could have found better. My only complaint is sizing was a bit difficult. I sent pictures of my wrist with a flat tape measure 6.75 inch and was told I needed a 2.4. It fits but it’s a bit uncomfortable. I will still wear it and enjoy it but it will have to be taken off each day. It goes beautifully with my Bvlgari Serpenti bracelet. There is a small indent in the gold on the under side of the bracelet you will see in the video but it doesn’t bother me that much. Overall I’m very happy. Just wish sizing was a bit easier. Hopefully they will add a US conversion chart.

The ring was delivered by promised date. The stones are smaller than I thought they would be but the ring is gorgeous. I love it. I have quite a few pieces from this shop, this one being my new favorite. Vijay swapped out the Emerald cut diamonds for Radiant cut ones without any hesitation. He’s quick to respond to messages as well. My go to shop on Etsy.
